Biden’s Impeachment Requested by Blake Masters

(TheRedWire.com) – Illegal immigration has exploded along the nation’s southern border since President Joe Biden’s inauguration in January 2021. For over a year, the administration ignored the pleas of border states. To get the attention of the federal government, media, and voters, the states of Arizona, Texas, and Florida sent the migrants to Democratic-led cities or areas. The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) noted that agents encountered 209,840 illegal immigrants in August. On Saturday, October 1, Arizona Republican Senate candidate Blake Masters stated Congress should impeach Biden for his failed immigration policies.

Masters told a crowd of 400 that the crisis caused a flood of deadly fentanyl to flow from Mexico into the United States. He stated his opponent, incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), had done little to try and curb the crisis and said voters should hold him accountable. The Senate hopeful added that Kelly should be required to attend the funerals of fentanyl victims.

The candidate blamed Democratic failures for the border crisis. He said they treated the problem as if it were an abstract concept or an act of God. Masters said when Biden terminated the wall construction in 2021, he “incentivized” immigrants to come to the US illegally. He added that Arizonans knew illegal immigration would be bad but noted that “Democrats have exceeded our expectations.”
