Biden's Press Secretary Stunned After Reporter Asks Difficult Question

Biden’s Press Secretary SPEECHLESS After Surprise Question by Reporter

(TheRedWire.com) – In late June, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre began receiving criticism from the press that she either didn’t answer questions that journalists asked or read from a prepared response. Several times, she appeared surprised or unprepared to answer basic questions. On Tuesday, July 6, a reporter stunned her again when he asked Jean-Pierre to explain the difference between Donald Trump’s response to the January 6, 2021, riot and Biden’s to protestors attacking Supreme Court Justices at their homes.

After the leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s first draft opinion showing the Supreme Court intended to overturn Roe v. Wade, pro-choice activists protested at the homes of the six conservative Justices. Police arrested one individual for physically threatening to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. On July 6, White House correspondent Simon Ateba wanted to know Jean-Pierre’s view on the difference between the two presidents.

The White House press secretary concluded that there were two main differences. First, Trump was responsible for an attack on Democracy. Second, Biden was fighting for women’s rights.

Still, federal law makes it a crime for someone to protest at a judge or Justice’s home to influence a judicial outcome. Biden’s Justice Department hasn’t arrested any protesters, but experts argue they might have trouble proving protesters’ intent.

So, was it a reasonable question? What do you think about Jean-Pierre’s response?
