Ron DeSantis “CHILD ABUSE” Allegations Lead To Fight
(TheRedWire.com) – MSNBC host Joy Reid continues to make outrageous and bizarre claims. Reid has an extensive history of using politically, racially, and emotionally charged rhetoric. Now, she’s at it again. On Friday, April 22, the far-left MSNBC host accused Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) of using Black kids as props during a signing of the Stop the Wrongs to Our Kids and Employees Act (Stop WOKE) into law.
Reid tweeted that DeSantis subjected the Black kids to indoctrination and said their participation in the bill signing amounted to child abuse. The controversial far-left host then accused the Florida governor of being anti-Black and said his use of the Black kids was extra sick. That didn’t sit well with DeSantis’ spokeswoman Christina Pushaw.
This mis-use of Black boys is tantamount to child abuse. I would really like to hear the back-story on who these kids were and how they wound up at a DeSantis event. Given how anti-Black DeSantis is, using Black children this way is extra sick. https://t.co/FUyS5GDNMw

On Saturday, Pushaw snapped back at Reid. The spokeswoman said the kids in the photo were willing participants who knew what the governor was signing. Pushaw added that she helped set up the event. She also said that a colleague spoke to the children beforehand and told them the substance of the bill the governor was signing. Later, she tweeted a picture of the excited children as they received a pen from DeSantis after he finished signing the legislation into law.
What do you think about Reid’s tweet? Should she delete her post?
