(TheRedWire.com) – Ghislaine Maxwell didn’t appear to have had a good day in court on Tuesday, December 8. The alleged accomplice of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein faced an accuser whose powerful testimony might have significantly hurt the defense with the jury. Thirty-year-old Carolyn appeared uncomfortable when she entered the courtroom and took the stand. The judge barred attorneys from using her last name to protect her identity.

Carolyn told the jury she met Epstein when she was 14 years old for the first time. She came from a poor and broken family. An 18-year-old friend invited Carolyn to join her at Epstein’s home to earn some easy cash. Carolyn testified she didn’t think to ask how she would make money, but it quickly became evident.
The victim shared in graphic detail how very uncomfortable she was giving massages to Epstein and his guests while she was naked. She alleged Epstein often had sex with the girls. Between 14 and 18 years of age, she testified she went on her own over 100 times to Epstein’s homes. Carolyn said Maxwell called her to set appointments with Epstein for the first year.
She shared extremely graphic details about a sexual experience with Epstein and another girl that left her feeling uncomfortable. She tearfully admitted to prosecutors she used the money Epstein gave her to purchase drugs. At the conclusion of her testimony, prosecutors asked Carolyn why she testified. She responded that money would never fix what Maxwell did to her.
