On Monday, March 8, the National Republican Congressional Committee ran a one-day nationwide media campaign, roughly a year ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. The small ad only cost around $100,000 and specifically targeted Conservatives excited about the growing prospects of taking back the House next year. Titled “Chaos,” the campaign advertisement ran on Fox News, Newsmax, and One America News Network.
The ad concentrated on messages the GOP believes are important to voters. It included a focus on the chaos Americans are experiencing due to skyrocketing inflation, increased crime, and the surge of illegal migrants at the nation’s southern border.
The video comes after the GOP successfully and flipped the Virginia governor, lieutenant governor, and statehouse and created havoc for Democrats in New Jersey and across the country in municipalities and school boards. House Republicans will target 70 vulnerable Democrats and only need to gain 5 seats to take over the majority in the upcoming midterm elections.
