As a result, Rep. Ashley Hinson (R-IA) is presenting legislation to stop Harris from traveling on the taxpayer’s dime until she visits the southern border and submits a report to Congress. “The See The Crisis Act” includes restricting funding for the vice president’s travel on Air Force Two and security details outside of the US.
In the Democrat-controlled House, the bill faces little to no chance of passing.
