Liz Cheney LAUNCHES New Project – She’s Not Done Yet
(TheRedWire.com) – Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) made waves within the GOP when she voted to impeach former president Donald Trump in 2021. That betrayal and the lawmaker’s participation in the January 6th Select Committee contributed to her recent primary loss. Now, the crushed politician has joined efforts to sabotage MAGA candidates using her new political action committee (PAC), “The Great Task.”
With the midterms behind her, Cheney is shifting gears with the PAC to take down the 45th president’s biggest supporters. Writers at The Wall Street Journal noted the Wyoming politician had more than $7 million left in campaign funds, which she’s asked the Federal Election Commission to allow her to transfer into the new endeavor.

The congresswoman hopes to limit Trump’s government influence. Reportedly, she plans to target Republican Senators Ted Cruz (TX) and Josh Hawley (MO), placing them at the top of her list of foes alongside House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).
Political pundits Harriet Alexander and Katelyn Caralle of the Daily Mail explained the rejected incumbent feels the lawmakers are “unfit for future office” for threatening “constitutional order and structure” in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.
Is Cheney standing up for truth and justice, or is she staging a witch hunt against Trump and his supporters?
