Biden’s Attorney General May Be Impeached After What He Did
(TheRedWire.com) – Someone inside the Supreme Court leaked a first draft opinion ruling indicating the Court would overturn Roe v. Wade in May. Almost immediately, pro-choice activists began targeting conservative Justices at their homes. Conservative lawmakers called on Attorney General Merrick Garland to launch a Justice Department investigation into the legality of the protest. Dissatisfied with his response, many are now calling for his impeachment.
Republicans claim Garland has refused to enforce the law. Some say they might impeach him in 2023 if they take back Congress after the midterm elections. Frustrated by the ongoing unwillingness to enforce federal law, Republicans say the protests didn’t stop and continued well past the conservative 6 to 3 ruling overturning Roe in late June.
Attorney General Merrick Garland could face impeachment proceedings over the Department of Justice’s failure to enforce a federal statute that prevents picketing or parading outside of judges’ homes should the GOP take a majority in the House. https://t.co/ICu3VzcZBd

18 U.S. Code § 1507 says it is illegal to protest at any building occupied by a judge or their family, including their homes, to influence the court’s decisions or interfere in its operation.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said he would like to know why the DOJ tried to intimidate citizens for using their Constitutional rights during a school board meeting, but left-wing influencers can blatantly violate the law because it’s something the administration agrees with when it comes to abortion.
So, what do you think? Should Republicans impeach Garland if they win the House and Senate?
