Ocasio-Cortez Makes RIDICULOUS Statement – Her Craziest Yet

(TheRedWire.com) – Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is stirring the pot once again by expressing her disdain with recent Supreme Court rulings. On June 24, the High Court overturned Roe v. Wade. On Thursday, June 30, the conservative majority struck down EPA regulations saying the environmental agency wrote rules with the force of law without Congress’ input. That led the controversial firebrand to declare the court needed to get in line or go away.

Since her first election in 2018, the Democratic socialist has advocated for a far-left agenda. AOC noted that a carveout of the Senate filibuster isn’t enough anymore and stated the Supreme Court requires reforms (to align with the far-left agenda) or abolition. Of course, the only way to abolish the High Court is to terminate the Constitution and the rest of the government, which is at best, a “nuclear option.”

Soon after, AOC retweeted The New Republic writer Kate Aronoff who stated that minority rule is a threat to life, insinuating that the conservative Justices weren’t speaking for the nation, but instead, a minority of Americans. That said, the Supreme Court doesn’t speak for Americans — its job is to interpret the Constitution without any political considerations.

So, once again, the Left seems to confuse advocacy with the law.
