(TheRedWire.com) – On Monday, former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin believes the 2024 Democratic nominee will be former first lady Michelle Obama. She further stated that President Biden is going to be “out.”
While responding to several 2024 election conspiracy theories, the former Alaska governor stated on X, formerly known as Twitter, that she would not be surprised to see Obama as the 2024 presidential nominee while Biden steps out.
Michelle Obama has repeatedly claimed that she has no intention of running for the White House, but theories keep circulating online about her joining the presidential race despite her insistence.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) similarly suggested last week that if Biden drops out of the presidential race, then the Democrats would “parachute” Michelle Obama in. The 80-year-old President is the oldest U.S. President in history. If he wins his reelection campaign in 2024, he will leave office at 86 after the end of his second term in the White House. Many voters have expressed concern over the age of Biden, which has led to the White House increasing their efforts to have age not appear as a concern.
Regarding questions about the president’s age, the White House and Biden’s reelection campaign have maintained that he should be judged on his performance on the job and not his age. Despite these attempts to silence concerns, an NBC News poll released this weekend showed that Biden’s disapproval rating had been the highest.
