(TheRedWire.com) – House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer during an interview with Fox News Digital promised that he would continue putting pressure on the Biden administration for further information to be provided regarding the case of the classified documents found in three separate unsecured locations.

The documents date back to the Obama administration and were found to be in President Biden’s possession. The less than two dozen documents were found in three separate locations. The first batch was located in an old office used by Biden between his time as vice President and his time as President, and the second and third batches were found in his Wilmington, Delaware home.

On Monday Comer said that while President Biden had previously claimed that his administration would be “the most transparent administration in history” he had refused to provide any information on the issues where transparency is more important. As he pointed out, the White House, National Archives, and the Justice Department did not provide information regarding the documents that were found in November until a report came out in January. He added that it was his job to continue to press the Biden administration to provide more information to the American public.

After information came out that Biden’s aides found a second and third batch of classified documents in his Delaware home, Comer requested a copy of the visitor logs for the President’s homes. This is to be used to determine who might have gained access to the classified documents in Biden’s home. However, Biden’s lawyers have said that there are no visitor logs for Biden’s Delaware home.
