It started at “not possible” then drifted into a lack of “widespread” proof of it, and now that credible instances have been shown, they appended it with “that would affect the outcome.”
We now know that the Dominion voting machines used in several states actually include wireless modems produced by a company in China. The very fact that these machines have access to the outside world means they cannot be 100% secure — ask any celebrity or company ever hacked. Anything sensitive should be completely air-gapped to eliminate the possibility of remote tinkering.
