Supreme Court ASSASSINATION THREAT Emergency – One Man Is Responsible

(TheRedWire.com) – The far-left is continuing to make the case that Republicans are insurrectionists after the January 6 riot on Capitol Hill. Yet, Democrats are doing little to squash potentially violent acts on their side in the wake of the recent Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade. Instead, they either ignore the calls for violence or, in some instances, have encouraged it.

Ahead of the SCOTUS decision, police arrested a pro-choice activist for threatening to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Then, on Friday, June 24, transgender activist Eli Erlick reportedly tweeted that it’s time for a “Supreme Court assassination challenge.” Erlick supposedly deleted the tweet, but the Washington Free Beacon was able to screenshot it before the message disappeared.

Erlick is the founder of Trans Student Education Resources and known for using a gender unicorn to teach kids about transgenderism. Since the Supreme Court decision, pregnancy life centers and churches have faced vandalism and the destruction of property nationwide.

The Department of Justice says it is illegal under 18 USC 351 to attempt or conspire to kidnap or kill a member of Congress, certain members of the executive branch, and Supreme Court justices.

So, did Erlick commit a crime by threatening conservative members of the Supreme Court with the assassination challenge tweet? Will the Secret Service or FBI pay the transgender activist a visit for making the threat?

America may never know.
