(TheRedWire.com) – President Biden, in a recent interview with CNN released on Sunday, argued that those arguing that he should step back because of his age are neither right nor wrong as he argued. However, there are certain things that there were benefits that come with age, and he still had a lot of work to finish during his second term.

The President’s age has been a concern for those who oppose his presidency and his supporters. Recent polls have found that most U.S. voters believe Biden is too old to serve another four years in office. Biden, 80, is currently the most senior U.S. president in history, and if he wins his reelection, he will finish his second term in office at the age of 86.

A recent NBC News poll found that 68 percent of voters believed Biden’s health was a concern.

However, Biden stated that he had made a lot of progress during his first term in office and that positive changes have come from his policies around the world. He then added that Europe had increased unity and that they had been able to settle several global issues relating to the Indian Ocean, the South China Sea, the war in Ukraine, and the NATO alliance.

The interview with CNN was released shortly before the President is expected to visit Europe for the NATO summit in Lithuania. The summit will include discussions about the war in Ukraine and the possible inclusion of Ukraine in the NATO alliance.
