Democrat Star Caught FUNNELING MONEY to a Terrorist Sympathizer
(TheRedWire.com) – In 2018, then-Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams narrowly lost to GOP candidate Brian Kemp. Abrams is taking on Kemp in a 2022 rematch, but of late, the news about her support for some radical organizations and individuals could hurt her chances of beating the incumbent governor.
Roughly six months after the Marguerite Casey Foundation welcomed Abrams as a board member in May 2021, the organization released a list of Freedom Scholars. The Washington Free Beacon reported Professor Robin D.G. Kelley of the UCLA was among those the group supported, making him one of six individuals receiving a $250,000 scholarship award.
The professor is active in the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) organization, a group that openly works with the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), a group officially designated a terrorist organization by Congress in 1987.
Stacey Abrams’ values could not be more out of step with Georgia. It’s why she’ll be defeated AGAIN this November.https://t.co/O6BhtdsJfP

In 2016, Kelley praised the PLO as revolutionary combatants and said they provided a blueprint for Black socialism and liberation. In addition, the professor called on Palestinians to employ violence against Israel three years earlier.
Abram’s role as a board member in approving funding for Kelley is important, especially if she becomes governor. Her role in financing controversial figures like Kelley could demonstrate how she would handle the BDS organization and anti-Semitism.
