(TheRedWire.com) – Adult film star Stormy Daniels’ attorney Clark Brewster stated regarding the hush money trial in New York City, that his client had entered the Manhattan courthouse while wearing a bulletproof vest. As he stated in the lead-up to her testimony, Daniels who is at the center of the hush money criminal case was “paralyzed” with fear over what could potentially happen to her before her testimony.
On Monday during an appearance on CNN’s “AC360°” he argued that Daniels was very worried about security as she came to New York and that every day until she entered the courthouse. He added that she had arrived in the city on Sunday and that she had “cried herself to sleep” as she was very scared about the possibility that some “nut” might try to hurt her. He added that he was also concerned about that possibility.
This is not the first time that Daniels has expressed fear over what could potentially happen to her. Earlier this year in a documentary she argued that she had taken the hush money payment because she was scared for her life. Last week, during her testimony in the trial Daniels revealed more explicit details about her sexual encounter with the former President in 2006. However, Trump has repeatedly denied the affair and has argued that he has committed no wrongdoings.
Trump’s attorney Susan Necheles during the cross-examination tried to push forward the narrative that Daniels was not a reliable witness as she had gone on to use her alleged affair with Trump in order to make more profit.
