According to media outlets, the DOJ wants to know about any conflicts of interest the president’s youngest son had in his business dealings and whether he potentially peddled his father’s influence as Vice President of the United States. Mainstream media justice correspondent Evan Perez said witnesses would speak with investigators over the next several weeks. He added Hunter’s dealings could cause a political mess for Joe Biden as prosectors decide whether they will press charges in the coming months.
