(TheRedWire.com) –  Former President Donald Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social on Sunday to push that the next presidential debate should not be hosted by ABC and that instead the moderation should be left to Fox News. This statement came after President Biden announced that he was dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.

Trump pointed out that the second presidential against Biden was going to be broadcast on “Fake News ABC” in September. However, he argued that now that Biden had unsurprisingly announced that he was dropping out of the presidential race he believes that the Debate should be moved. He argued that he should debate whoever is selected by the Radical Left as the Democratic nominee on Fox News instead of ABC, which is a very biased network.

Trump’s statement came after Biden announced his exit from the presidential race with a letter that was shared on X, formerly known as Twitter. The announcement came weeks after the first presidential debate where Biden’s poor performance had resulted in many of his Democratic allies pulling for him to drop out of the race.

Biden, in his statement, expressed that it was a big honor to serve as the United State’s president and that while he had fully intended to seek re-election he currently believes that it is in the Democratic party’s and United States’ best interest that he drop out of the presidential race and instead focus his attention on just being the President until the end of his term.
