Trump Reveals GOP’s Most POWERFUL Weapon
(TheRedWire.com) – On Saturday, May 1, former President Donald Trump held a rally in Nebraska. During his speech, Trump blasted Democrats and President Joe Biden for creating a Disinformation Governance Board. The former president noted that the same people who tried to convince America of the false Russian collusion narrative and claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation are the same people who want to decide what the truth is.
In addition, Trump said the Left censored him and other Conservatives on Big Tech and insinuated the Left’s lack of free speech concerns was cowardly. He added that Democrats are terrified of MAGA and noted that they should be looking ahead to the 2022 midterm and 2024 presidential elections.

The former president said Republicans’ first order of business when they take back Congress in November will be defunding the Disinformation Governance Board, getting rid of the left-wing propagandists, and ending their First Amendment rights violations.
In Congress, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) said the only purpose of the Democrats’ new board could be to censor Conservatives and dissenting speech. He called the move Orwellian. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said it was easy to see how the government would abuse the word disinformation to suppress facts and reliable truths as falsehoods.
