(TheRedWire.com) – On Wednesday, Politico’s Jonathan Lemire put out a new report where he alleged that President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, was worried about what would happen to him if former President Donald Trump is able to win back the White House.
Lemire argued that if Trump wins the White House, Hunter Biden could potentially need to leave the United States. This claim results from the investigations the GOP is currently in the middle of, which are focused on Hunter Biden’s former business activities.
The piece noted that Hunter Biden was aware of the political situation he had found himself in. He further argued that during conversations with his family friends, Hunter expressed worries about being possibly required to flee the United States if Trump is elected into office again.
Lemire pointed out that Hunter Biden is also concerned about the scrutiny his family faced during the 2024 presidential election. He further pointed out that Hunter Biden had gone public recently during a podcast with musician Moby, where he claimed that the Republican lawmakers were trying to kill him as a way of hurting his father and destroying the presidency through this method.
The investigations by the House Republicans are specifically trying to determine whether, during his father’s time in office, Hunter Biden had benefited from his father’s political influence and career. On Wednesday, a vote in Congress focused on launching a formal impeachment inquiry into President Biden’s possible participation in any business deals.
