(TheRedWire.com) – Former President Donald Trump was joined by his wife, former first lady Melania Trump for a rare public appearance. The Trumps both cast their ballots in the GOP primary in Florida. During the appearance, reporters had asked whether Melania would be joining her husband on the campaign trail.

In response, Melania Trump had teased that they needed to “stay tuned.” Thus far in Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign Melania Trump has refrained from making too many public appearances or appearing on the campaign trail. However, she had been present in 2022 during his campaign launch.

Melania Trump has notably not been present in any of Trump’s court appearances at his recent rallies and was not one of the Trump family members that had joined Donald Trump on stage when he delivered his victory states on Super Tuesday.

In January the two had been spotted together at Melania Trump’s mother’s funeral. The former President had been asked at a town hall with Fox News host Laura Ingraham last month regarding her lack of visibility and had referred to her as a “private person” who was predominantly focused on her family.

Trump had argued that there were many first ladies who wanted to always be out and present and who would get upset if their husbands did not introduce them to others. However, as he argued, if he ended up not introducing Melania Trump she would end up being happy about it as she is a different type of person.
