(TheRedWire.com) – During an appearance on “Hannity,” host Sean Hannity pointed out there were reports President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden had been using the Wilmington, Delaware home in many of his official forms.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer was quick to question what connection Hunter Biden had to his father’s home where two batches of classified documents were found.

Many, including Hannity, have also pointed out that the $50,000 monthly payment that Hunter Biden appeared to be paying for the Wilmington home, is an exorbitant amount for real estate in that area.

In response, Comer said this was one of the things that would be examined further. He added that this is part of the reason why they have requested access to bank records and other “suspicious activity reports” associated with Hunter Biden that are currently in the hands of the U.S. Treasury. According to a Reuters report, the “suspicious activity reports” relate to transactions and transfers of more than $5,000. As they note this could potentially be used as evidence of money laundering, or might prove to be completely legal transactions.

Comer added that they would be looking through tax records in order to determine how the Biden family made its wealth and the amount of Hunter Biden’s money that eventually ended up in the President’s hands. Comer finally noted that the planned hearings will be the best way for the American people to learn about the Biden family and any schemes they might have been involved in.
