(TheRedWire.com) – Former President Donald Trump has issued a warning for President Joe Biden, arguing that he had “opened up a Pandora’s box,” which could result in him getting indicted if Trump wins back the White House in 2024.
Trump, currently leading the 2024 Republican presidential primary, stated on Saturday night during a speech at the Young Republican Club’s annual gala in New York that Biden should be aware that he could also be facing an indictment.
Trump has been indicted four times in 2023 and is facing a total of 91 counts, including 44 federal charges. Trump has maintained that he has committed no wrongdoings and has pleaded not guilty to all the charges. He has also alleged that the charges against him were part of a political witch hunt and that it was an attempt to block him from winning the 2024 presidential election.
Trump argued that the United States would never be the same because of Biden’s actions. He further warned that he only had one thing to tell Biden: he needed to “be very careful what you wish for.” He added that Biden had done a terrible thing.
Trump proceeded to accuse Biden of being behind the indictments against him and argued that these were not normal indictments but rather indictments that Biden had brought forward against his political opponent.
Many have been fearing that if Trump wins back the White House, he could end up being an authoritarian figure and might abuse his power while in office as part of a retribution attempt.
