(TheRedWire.com) – A recent Georgia grand jury report has prompted strong reactions, as it indicates recommendations for charges against several individuals closely associated with ex-President Trump, such as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

In response to the report, Trump shared on his Truth Social platform: “The findings from the Georgia Grand Jury are entirely without merit, casting a shadow over Fani Willis and this entire politically-motivated investigation. They seemingly aimed to implicate anyone within proximity.”

Trump has criticized Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, suggesting, without evidence, that she might be collaborating with the Justice Department. He referred to her as a “reckless ‘prosecutor’.”

The grand jury in Fulton County has been evaluating potential charges linked to an inquiry directed by Willis. The focus of this inquiry was the attempts by Trump and his associates to challenge the 2020 election outcomes in Georgia.

According to the report, recommended charges have been made against Graham, ex-Sens. David Perdue (R-Ga.) and Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.), along with others such as former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn and lawyer Cleta Mitchell.

In total, nineteen individuals have been implicated in this investigation. This list includes Trump himself, Mark Meadows, who previously served as the White House chief of staff, ex-Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, former Justice Department authority Jeffrey Clark, and ex-Trump legal representative John Eastman.

All of the aforementioned nineteen have been presented with charges, with the initial trial for Kenneth Chesebro scheduled for Oct. 23.
